We aim for your complete satisfaction. If your order isn’t right, here’s our return process.

1. Return Timeframe

Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

• Are in their original, unused condition
• Include all original tags and packaging
• Come with proof of purchase

Refunds are credited to the original payment method after inspection. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

2. Acceptable Return Reasons

• Printing issues (blurred, faded, or misaligned prints)
• Spelling mistakes made on our end
• Wrong color received
• Unexpected stains or product defects
• Other confirmed store errors

3. Unacceptable Return Reasons

• Incorrect size chosen by the customer
• Incorrect customization options selected at checkout
• Spelling or text errors submitted by the customer
